Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoldLoanPro ("the Service"), provided by the operator of GoldLoanPro ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
GoldLoanPro is a software-as-a-service platform that helps gold loan businesses manage customers, loans, repledging, gold stock, and accounting records. The Service is a record-keeping and management tool only — it does not itself extend credit, hold gold, or act as a lender, NBFC, or financial institution. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing gold loan lending in your jurisdiction, including any applicable RBI guidelines.
3. Accounts and plans
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. Each account belongs to an organization ("tenant") and access is governed by the roles assigned within that organization. Plans, features, and usage limits (such as number of users or active loans) are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Razorpay). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including customer records, loan data, and accounting entries ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data, including obtaining any consents required to store and process your customers' personal information. We process Customer Data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another organization's data, reverse-engineering the Service, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify features over time, and may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid after a reasonable grace period.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
